Acute angle

Acute angle – An angle that is less than 90° (a sharp angle).

A cute (acute) animal is always small (less than 90°), but watch out! It has very sharp teeth (a sharp angle).

Example 1

An angle less than 90° is described as acute.

Example 2

Although these two angles are different, they are both less than 90° and are therefore both acute angles.

Example 3

You may only just be able to see an acute angle.
