Turpitude – evil behaviour

To remember the definition of the word turpitude, use the following mnemonic:
Turkeys spit on other birds food (turpitude). It's part of their evil behaviour.
Examples of turpitude in a sentence
They wanted to elect a new president because of his moral turpitude.
The killer was sentenced to death for his turpitude.
He was innocent, he hadn't carried out any forms of turpitude.
