The Carpals

The carpals are the bones in your hand attached to your wrist. There are 8 bones.

The carpal bones are 8 single bones that make up the wrist

I do car pulls (carpals) through the gate (8) with my hands.

The carpals connect the radius, ulna and fingers the fingers are able to move freely because of the bone separation in the carpals
