Slush Fund – Money used for illegal or dishonest activities, especially political bribery

During his Presidential campaign, the snowman was turning into slush and needed more funds (slush fund) to keep the air-cooler on. Bad people gave him the money in return for favours if he was elected – this was money used for political bribery.
