Apart from learning the vocabulary words using mnemonics in our Spanish word list, try sticking labels on objects around the house.

If you are overwhelmed by the number of words you have to learn, it will help if you put them into context. Physically interacting with the words you are trying to remember will help you do better.

Writing the vocabulary words down and visualising in an active way by sticking them on objects in the house is better than having to look at the flash cards all the time.

For colours, put the relevant word on objects that are the relevant colour.
