a) Release excess oxygen when photosynthesising
b) Release carbon dioxide when respiring
c) Other waste is stored in leaves and released when leaves fall off (below)
Animals:
Excretion is via:
a) Sweat glands (illustrated below)
b) Breathing out Carbon Dioxide
c) Elimination of faeces and urine
