Stomach

A tubular organ that digests food further from the oesophagus

The wind was so powerful it took the narrowboat away from the canal harbour right out to sea. The landlady felt very seasick and after an hour she completely removed everything that was in her stomach.

The stomach is a muscular organ where digestion continues.
