Habitat – Place
Where an organism lives.
A plaice (place) tries on a nun’s habit (habitat).
Examples:
Rainforests
Coral reefs
Not all habitats are large, though: some can be very small.
A rotting tree can be a habitat to woodlice and other organisms.
Pools of stagnant water are habitat to mosquito larvae.
