Summary: Photosynthesis and Respiration
Photosynthesis uses energy to make glucose.
Photosynthesis: Cows Eat Wet Grass Outside
Photosynthesis: Carbon dioxide + Energy + Water = Glucose + Oxygen
Photosynthesis: 6CO2 + Energy + 6H2O → C6H12O6 + 6O2
Photosynthesis makes Glucose
Respiration is the opposite of Photosynthesis
(Note: respiration uses glucose to create energy).
Respiration: Glucose + Oxygen = Carbon dioxide + Energy + Water
Respiration: C6H12O6 + 6O2 → 6CO2 + Energy + 6H2O
Respiration uses Glucose
Glucose = C6H12O6
