Summary Structure of an Atom

THAT IS IT. The last 8 pages are the essential basics of Chemistry i.e.

Peas are protons and are +ve.

Newts are neutral and no charge.

Electronic Robots are electrons and are negative.

A Tom cat is an atomic number and only eats peas.
So Atomic Number = Number Protons.

A Bull Mastiff is the mass number and bull mastiffs eat everything bar metal. 
So Mass Number = Number Protons + Number Neutrons.

The Periodic Table is neutrally charged.

So Nº Protons must equal Nº Electrons.

When an element is shown as:

You know the bigger number is the Bull Mastiff (mass Nº) and the smaller number is a Tom cat (atomic Nº).
