Do the three laws of reflection make sense?

The three laws of reflection make sense with every association you are likely to have had with a flat mirror.

However, here are some reminders:

Example 1

Dentists use the three laws of reflection when examining teeth.

Dentists use a dental mirror to see underneath and behind teeth to inspect every crevice. In order to see hidden parts of the teeth the dentist must adjust her position or angle of the mirror so that angle of incidence and reflection are equal with the mirror and her eye.

Example 2

Security officers who are inspecting the underneath of vehicles for unwanted packages do not need to get down under each vehicle. They can use an inspection mirror.

Again these security guards must adjust their position or angle of the mirror so that the angle of incidence and reflection are equal with the mirror and their eyes.
