Form – an object which has three dimensions. A 3D shape
Form refers to an object that appears to have width, depth and height, i.e. a 3D shape.
To help you remember that a form is a 3D shape, recall the following mnemonic:
One class in school, form 3D, thought it would be funny to get into a 3D shape.
