These are goods bought and used by people rather than by manufacturers for producing other goods.

Consumer goods are the end result of production and manufacturing. Clothing, food products and dishwashers are examples of common consumer goods. Also known as final goods, they are sold to people for their use or enjoyment. They are classified as durable or non-durable.
