Self-Control – being able to control your temper and behaviour, one of the Sikh virtues
To remember the meaning of Self-control in Sikhism, use the following mnemonic:
Myself, I find it difficult to control (self-control) my feelings: so I was fitted with a device that means I can easily control my temper and behaviour and always seek virtue (Sikh virtues).
