Note: The Guru Granth Sahid, although a large book, is considered to be a living guru.
To remember the meaning of Takht in Sikhism, use the following mnemonic:
She had no tact (takht) – she sat on a raised seat next to the guru and dared to lecture them about their own bad manners.
