Pronation of the Hand – Describes the position of the palm of the hand facing downwards

The term pronation is not usually examinable at 16, but is a useful term to remember.
To remember that pronation means palms down, use the following mnemonic:
The professional football team of this nation (pronation) form a circle and put their hands with palms down on top of each other to improve team spirit.
Pronation is when your palms face downwards.
