F is for Frequency - How often do you train?

If you are creating a training programme you will need to discuss how often you train or the frequency of training.

Daily moderate exercise is ideal, but try to exercise a minimum of 3-5 days a week. Increasing the frequency of exercise can lead to better fitness results, but overexercising can lead to injury.
