Time - Training Programme
T is for Time - The length of the training session.
A training programme needs to consider the length of the training session.
Time can be manipulated by training for longer, shortening recovery time between sets or exercises, and by completing a greater number of sets in a particular workout session.
This must be tailored for an individual's abilities, because long training sessions may cause strains and other injuries if it's not built up to slowly.
