Recovery – Time required to repair the damage to the body caused by training or competition

The competing robot was collected by the recovery (recovery) vehicle. They only had a short time to repair the body damage caused by the competition.
Recovery can involve a variety of techniques, such as rest and sleep, hydration, nutrition and active recovery (such as stretching or low-intensity exercise). The goal of recovery in sports is to reduce fatigue, prevent injury and improve overall athletic performance.
