Liberal Judaism – Progressive Judaism that combines traditional beliefs and practices with modern interpretations

We outlined what Judaism is in our introduction, but to understand what Liberal Judaism is, imagine the following: 

The Statue of Liberty had changed for all (liberal) to see - one half of her clothing was traditional robes, but the other half was a more modern view of what a person should wear. 

Combine the words "liberal" and "Judaism", we can now see that it means Judaism, but combining traditional beliefs with modern interpretations.
