What would happen if you moved the wire from north to south pole?

Fleming's right-hand rule requires that the wire is moved at 90° to the magnetic field so it can not be used if you move the wire from the north to the south pole.

You can't use Flemings right hand rule if the wire is moved in the same direction as the magnetic field.

If the wire is moved in this direction, no magnetic field lines are crossed and therefore no current is induced in the wire, so nothing happens.
