Limiting factors – Restrictions
Something that can prevent/restrict population growth.
Limit factories (limiting factors) was the chant from protestors who wanted to restrict production of pop (population).
Examples
The lack of water is a limiting factor for plant growth in desert environments.
Light can be a limiting factor for plant growth on the floor of a forest as the canopy of taller trees cuts out the sun’s rays.
