Strophic – Refers to music in which every verse and every chorus is the same tune. The tune is repeated throughout the song
(Pronounced stro-fik)
To remember what strophic means, use the following mnemonic:
She had a strop that was horrific (strophic). Every time I tried to put other music on she just wanted the same tune again and again for every verse and chorus.
