Personification – human characteristics to an animal or object (think – one part or a bit)
Personification is giving human characteristics to animals or objects.
The difference between anthropomorphism and personification is: personification is a small bit (one human trait), whereas anthropomorphism is turning the “whole” into a human being.
In personification, the object or animal seems like it is doing something human.
